Download Recovery Pro Software
To reinstall existing software or locate your license:
- Enter your email address to locate your orders. The email address must match the one on the order.
- Locate the order with the software you need, and click "resend download". You will receive an email with the download information in it.
If you no longer have access to the email address, or you cannot locate your prior order, please contact us.

Reader Firmware Update
There is a firmware update available for the following ProGrade Digital Readers; PG02 (CFast/SD), PG05.5 (CFexpress Type B/SD), and PG05.6 (CFexpress Type B). It is recommended that you update your firmware if the reader’s serial number has a “0” or “1” in the fourth digit from the left. To update the readers firmware a Windows device is needed for the process. To proceed with the firmware update click on the “Reader Firmware Updates – Windows”, unzip & install/execute the appropriate application based on your reader.
XQD Driver For The PG04
The ProGrade Digital PG04 has been discontinued. View our current CFexpress Type B card readers which are the CFexpress Type B/SDXC Dual-Slot (PG05.5) and CFexpress Type B Single-Slot USB 4.0 PG05.6.
